Warn: (0%) ?

Hello, I've recently joined and have made 9 posts, including this one. Well I've just noticed that at the bottom of my pesonal details is a line that says Warn: (0%) with 5 blue squares next to it. Could someone please explain the significance of this to me, I certainly haven't had any warnings and have not been involved in any controversial posts.

If you start to make trouble, we warn, when all of them are filled, you go on vacation. Some go right to the edge the jump over without having to be warned. Then they go away forever. If you wish to discuss it more PM me.
