Terrain Pallet question

Can anyone provide me instruction on how to recolor a map using Photoshop and the terrain pallet included in the latest terrain editor program?

krfrge-In PS-open the swatches pallet-select load load swatches from the upper right arrow flyout-change files types drop down to color table (*.ACT)-point to the terrain palette.act in the TE folder and have at it.
