i want to know flying woe maxed which are the best nvidia panel settings to do!

using xp sp2 and 2 9600gt sli,for ex the sli is better enabled or disabled in tw games,or pre rendered frames...completely new terms for me,can you suggest something or post your cfgs? thanks!
