Weapons editor doesn't work

The title says it all the weapons editor in its latest version for FE/WOI doesn't work for my. I double click the extracted exe, but nothing happens. I have copied the editor in the WOI directory and even subdirectories as well, without success. Do I need any plug ins or something like that?

Already checked it, but found no solution so far.

Try running it in windows 98 capabilety. It worked for me.

Make sure you're using the correct editor, as welll. The one for FE/WoI will NOT work for SF/WoV/WoE.

 

All the editor run in a 'compatibility mode"; either Win95 or 98
