ECM tank support vehicle

Hi, folks. Lately, i have been playing sf in the future say years 2015 on up lately and impressed with some of the futuristustic armor such as the Z- tank and hippo release while back. They tend to appear in the future in CAS missions. Was wondering if anyone could make an ECM(jamming) tank to support the armor from aircraft. Basically to get another vehicle in there. I was thinking about taking a t-72 chassis and adding in radar or antennas on the top and simulating ecm against missiles. Don;t really have sketches as this is ficvtional but is it possible to mod? Perhaps a combo of the 2 pics below.
