I'll be there. Actually, my Civil Air Patrol Squadron will be there. Yes in our Blues.

 

So when you see teenagers in BDUs there, it's likely those are CAP Cadets working the show. Those in the Blues are those who are just visiting, picking up highschool girls, and just looking cool...ok we just act cool, we know we're not.
