I found some at AVSIM, I am starting to think there is nothing in the F-4 history that has not been covered by the modders and skinners around here.

Well my Wings Over The Pacific already has your F-4EJ, F-4EJ Kai and F-15CJ skins in it, a well dressed bunch of aircraft. Looking forward to the Korean Phantoms.

 

Another cheeky question , were you thinking of skinning a Korean RF-4C?
