Enhanced Original Terrain for Wings Over Israel

This terrain mod for Wings Over Israel reduces some of the bluriness of the original terrain by upscaling the terrain tiles to 512x512 and adding some subtle bump-mapped textures. It also changes the color of the mountains so they are not such a reddish hue.
