krgf15 1 Posted September 18, 2008 (edited) Could it by my Webroot Spysweeper making WOE choppy? sometimes I see the icon flashing at the bottom right of the screen while im playing the game. Dagger1 7 Posted September 18, 2008 You know I have the same problem but with AVG it flashes evry now and then on the bottom right of the screen... Turn off the internet, turn off antivirus and firewall and clear the ram then start the game. Restart said programs before turning the net back on after you finish your game. I used to have avg and noticed it happening to me a lot too but in general, any other program running will compete with your game for cpu and ram so for max frame rates and a smooth ride I turn everything else off.
