How does it work maybe you want to download something, the file name doesn`t show a third person what files are inside. They have your IP but don`t have the informaiton about the file cause of no name .. is rapidshare more secure than any other prog like emule...

 

Can someone explain it?!

its secure as emule..

the only thing different is that u need to pay to download at higher speeds

no one can make sure what your downloading is not a virus, just like emule

but if you get links for good sites then it's ok!

rapidshare and emule are not, in my view, comparable.

 

while emule is based on peer-to-peer technology, with rapidshare you download from their servers.

 

regarding the security issue, files are that secure as is the person posting them, so you have to be careful who you trust.

 

if you are the one uploading to rapidshare, why don't you protect the file with a password, and just give to the other person you expect to download the file?
