AIM-9 Problem

Whenever I try to fire an AIM-9 it destroys my plane. Any Suggestions on how to fix?

What AIM-9 version?

 

are you in the air?

 

You havnt added in any old mods to the game have you?

what for a plane you use and which hardpoint?

have you modified the missile?

 

because it is possible that hte missile lock on to your aircraft!

It happens on about any aircraft that can carry the AIM-9X. I usually carry it on the outer or wingtip stations. As far as modifiing goes, I'm not really an expert on that yet.
