Installed into WOE...does not show up in directory in the game...tried renaming the folders, checked spelling/name alignment...no go...found the thread and seems only one other person has had this issue?

You make sure there isn't a folder in a folder? I did that myself the other day.

quadruple checked...even ripepd the LOD out and put it in a copy of the J-8 folder (since that one worked). re-downloaded like 4 times and tried all of that as well...just odd

It should be in the aircraft list as "Shenyang F-8IIM FinBack-B Export-96" .... S ... way down.

true...searched line by line...nothing...only the Shenyang J-8 is there and when I selected it, it was the correct aircraft

hmm.. thats tricky.

IF the folder name and the aircrafts main ini are identical named then it should show up.

Check for that again.. perhaps a typo sneaked in during your renaming trials.

ninja skills! deleted all others...took the F2, CTL+C, F2, CTL+V and tried again...worked...there was some sort of "invisible" glitch in the naming of the folder and the *.ini file...perhaps it was an extra space at the end?
