DON'T contact F-Troop about it. Its FoxMonter's model and he is a great guy. He'll most likely give you permission to use it, as he did to me for NATO Fighters.

Well, my suggestion would be to get permission from FoxMonter and go from there, he is the creator of the model and a good guy to deal with. Asking permission from those other guys is fine, but I suspect you'll get a better answer from Fox. I could be wrong though so pursuing both avenues may be a wise course. If Fox give you permission though, it overrides anything the other guys may say.
