F-15J?

Hey, people.

 

Can anyone direct me towards an F-15J dowload, or some F-15J skins?

 

As well as SPECIFICATIONS?

F-15CJ and DJ. I don't know how much they differ from the C and D, IIRC they have different engines, but may want to check on that (P&W-229's???)

Alright, so is there any place that I can find specifications?

 

[because I've been looking, and I've almost given up. ]

Been googling, and really I haven't found many individual specs for the [C]J/DJ. I had thought they were getting/had got the new engines that we're using in our E Strike Eagles (F100-P229).

The F-15J is identical to the F-15C aside from some avionics changes. These differ from the F-15C/D with the deletion of sensitive ECM, radar warning, and nuclear delivery equipment. The AN/ALQ-135 is replaced by indigenous J/ALQ-8 and the AN/ALR-56 RHAWS is replaced by J/APR-4.

 

So, I guess its specs are almost the same as the F-15C. That's about as far as I've got.

...Because Last time I checked, the F-15J first flew in 1980.....

Well, that's GS's info. Of course, that could be for the CJ, but it was listed under J. I'm guessing then that the original J's were nearly the same as the F-15A, but again, I haven't been able to find much myself.

see, that's what i mean. as far as i can see, there never was any F-15CJ.......

 

...i'm guessing there are slightly different avionics...

It has been called the F-15CJ and the F-15J. Depends on what books yuou read. Which acutally were A's (with C specs) Sometimes I hate military books. Its like camo, no two look alike.
