Viggen Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Was flying the Operation Torch and Battle of the Phillipines campaigns, and have had a couple of CTDs relating to the Comms .dll. The CTD happens when I order dumb wingie to attack my target. I have been flying the B-17D, B-17F, and A-26 when this has happened. Any ideas as to what this is? I've never had it happen before. Also, these are in seperate installs (my MTO and PTO installs). Message to Wrench: It is not being used in the latest patch.
+Wrench Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Somebody FINALLY listened!!! Never experinced that CTD myself...amongst all the possible faults I've seen/experienced/heard about.... You know the D is still a very beta, right? Needs bucco much lots work .... FM and skin (which I been fiddling with, but can't quite get it where I want it...) Check the data ini on your Forts, and see if they are set as "BOMBER" or "ATTACK". Don't know if it'll make a difference, but if it's bomber, change it to attack, and see what happens. At worst, another CTD! Wrench kevin stein
Viggen Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 (edited) The Forts are set to bomber. The Invader is set as attack. Perhaps it was the target, a train engine, guess I have damneviltrainengines instead of comm buildings. (Which, [when they appear] I have no problem killing) Edited January 7, 2009 by JA 37 Viggen
Viggen Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 (edited) Uh, ok...took the A-20 out for a spin. Wingie decided to kill the train. I then killed buildings around it. I had a German Quad 20mm targeted for Wingie-CTD. EDIT: I'm adding my CTD screen. Edited January 7, 2009 by JA 37 Viggen
