(WoI) Flying mysteres and vautour

I don't much want to use the other topic, so I'm starting this one.

 

I would like to fly my WoI campaigns with the mystere, super-myster and Vautour.

I know a campaign, once, was released making all planes flyable in campaigns, as well as arab nations. It would indeed solve my needs, the question is: is it compatible with october patch?

If not, how can I fly those planes?

Shall I be concerned, or can I install the mod regardless, without fear of fraking something in my install?
