Engine Key?

Am I just losing it? is there a startup/shutdown key for the engines? I printed out the key card (my box didnt get one :() but I don't see it.

 

Also, is there some "noob" key that will finish helping you hook up to the tanker once your within a certain range?

I believe Page Up starts the engines and Page Down shuts them down.
