Hauksbee Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Over time I've culled a lot of pictures from the internet. These four among them. There were no captions, and I just labeled them WIERD_01, etc. But the actual file name came along with, so my labels read WIERD-hb20_01. Could the 'hb' stand for Hansa-Brandenburg? Quote
RAF_Louvert Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Hauksbee, that is a model of the Hansa-Brandenburg W.20 which was supposedly built in such a way that it could be broken down and stowed on submarines. Only a very small number of prototypes were ever built and I don't think any saw service. Cheers! Lou Quote
Olham Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 (edited) Yes, it's a Hansa Brandenburg W 20. See this modeller's site: http://images.google.de/imgres?imgurl=http...l%3Dde%26sa%3DG Edited March 22, 2009 by Olham Quote
