v-ray material problem

right,i have a little problem with the v-ray glass material.it should show up transparent.but it shows up black(not in this case,i have an environment map.all object reflect a fake HDRI).

these are my settings for the glass material:

help please?

Dude... not sure you read the title page.. the header.. the topics... heck.... the whole forum but this is a WWI based forum.. dealing specifically with aircraft... not anything close to cars aside from the old Model T we used to have in our game.

 

BUT... if you want, you can try our modelers and skinners section. I don't know if that will help.
