Actually the problem is that the AI doesn't chose the good one

you are to choose their loadou for them if they ar in your flight

Actually it's pretty simple with the Oct08 patch and later.

 

Use the 'SpecificStationCode' parameter in the Spectre and the 'gunpod' so that only the Spectre can load it.

 

Or better yet, use the 'pilot' method to add the gunpod LOD to the Spectre, and make the guns part of the data.ini. That way they always load and no other aircraft can use them.
