For some reason I cannot edit my post (No edit button anywhere) so I have to repost this link to the vid. Small change.
Olham 164 Posted June 24, 2009 Wow - well directed action vid with very good choice of daytime lighting. This gives me an impression, why German war technology seems to be so deeply implanted in collective memory. They must have appeared really frightening over a city, casting big shadows - even STARWARS used those fears. Those Zeps look so good - even their burning, phantastic! - that now I join those who ask: can we have them in the sim? Wonder, that you got through with the music, Hiccup - mine, they always kicked out for copyright reasons.
Hauksbee 103 Posted June 24, 2009 For some reason I cannot edit my post (No edit button anywhere)... You should have a EDIT button as shown here.
steve58 0 Posted June 24, 2009 (edited) I've noticed that the Edit button is available (to the original poster) for a time after an initial post, then it goes away (at least that's how it works for me). May be a forum feature…. For example, I can see the Edit button on my (10:12ET) post Edited June 24, 2009 by steve58

I would have to imagine the sight of these monsters would be terrifying in those days and even now the impression would be great if not fear inducing. A very nice vid this is. One thing I like about all the OFF BH&H vids is that for me they don't present any perplexities of what is going on or am I seeing an actually good representation of the sim. Possibly because I've played it. Some vids of other sims can leave me wondering what's going on sometimes. Thanks to all OFF BH&H vid producers, keep up the good work. Olham 164 Posted June 24, 2009 To all those, who are interested in "Zeppelins" (Luftschiffe) at war, I higly recommend the famous movie by Howard Huges, "Hell's Angels". The Zeppelin scenes where, what impressed me most. You are in their interiour, and even go down with the observer in a drop shaped gondola, hanging on a steel rope. Impressive. Rickitycrate 10 Posted June 24, 2009 In the "what do you want added" polls I always vote for Zeps and large bombers. They do impress me with a different fear, dread or excitement. The Hell's Angels Zep scenes are great indeed.
