Raider17 0 Posted August 11, 2009 Hello all. Bought the official Over Flanders fields DVD from the States a couple of months back and did everything required to run it (patches etc). However when I do I am encountering the following problem... About a minute or so of flying around I get an intermittent brief flickering of the screen. This continues for another couple of minutes when the screen just shuts down completely and I get the following error message; `Windows - display driver stopped responding. The nv4 disp driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full Display functionality. The next time you reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance To upload data about this failure to Microsoft.` I then have to shut down my PC and reboot. My system has a P4 2.8 CPU, 2 GiG Ram, Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS graphics card. Can anyone give me a few pointers as to whats going wrong please? The CFS3 game runs OK, but I can`t seem to run OFF properly. with thanks JC

Yes, I suspected that the video card does`nt quite cut it to run OFF. Re the sliders - I`ve already done that to their lowest settings and I`m still getting that same problem. I don`t think I can get a better card ( its an AGP slot on the MB) so that will give you an idea of my rigs age. It looks like I`ll have to get a better rig at some point, but that won`t happen for a long time. Guess I`ll have to start saving up.... JC
