sweeper 0 Posted August 11, 2009 Hi, I have tried to install OFF but it keeps freezing up. I have installed patch 3.1 and 3.1a and have directX9.I have a gaming computer with Vista and I have a computer with XP. I have tried to install this game on both computers and everytime it freezes on both about 30 seconds into the install.I have disabled my firewall to no avail..Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this game installed? thanks. sitting_duck 3 Posted August 11, 2009 sounds like the dvd to me...(both computers,,,same amount of time),,,,, clean the disk,,and maybe see if you can copy the contents to one of your hard drives... Not sure,,but, i belive if you get the contents of the dvd into a folder on your hard drive,,you can run the install from the folder. Would assume if the dvd is bad,,you will run into a problem trying to copy it over to your hard drive. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
