The problem with the sound came only from the Su-27 and the entire family of Su.

Previously, almost all vehicles, previously used in WoI and WoE, without any problems and comments were used in SF2 ...

In the Su-27 was no sound cannons GSH-301.

And, of course, all the cars, armed with cannon GSH-301, also have no sound when shooting ...

Somebody already faced this problem (?).

And is there a solution to this issue (?).

Another question ...

For that is responsible and whether any file * _USERLIST.ini, if it duplicated the information specified in * _Data.ini (?)...

Check the name of the sound file called out and make sure the file name is exactly the same. SF2 seems to be very case sensitive with file names.

You have to edit the SOUNDLIST.INI located in Flight folder.

Add:

SoundFileXXX=GSH301 (replace the XXX with the last number)

and this at the bottom:

[GSH301]

Priority=NORMAL

Looped=TRUE

NumBuffers=4

3DSound=TRUE

DopplerEffect=TRUE

MaxDist=3000.000000

MinDist=50.000000

InsideConeAngle=360

OutsideConeAngle=360

ConeOutsideVolume=0

Then add the GSH301.wav file to Sounds folder.

That's all. :yes:

Name a sound file has been checked in the search for the causes of the lack of sound (!).

It corresponds to a recording...

And here it is - a possible solution to the problem ...

Now check ...

It is not out to rectify the situation ...

And so, I did read ...

In a folder created a file called Flight SOUNDLIST.INI (it was not, as previously had been, and the folder itself), which made a record:

SoundFile001=GSH301

[GSH301]

Priority=NORMAL

Looped=TRUE

NumBuffers=4

3DSound=TRUE

DopplerEffect=TRUE

MaxDist=3000.000000

MinDist=50.000000

InsideConeAngle=360

OutsideConeAngle=360

ConeOutsideVolume=0

I understand that this is not exactly what you want ...

You must specify all of the sounds ... as well as checking disappeared earlier before the sounds of ...

But until you understand how to do it ...

Where do I make the mistake (?)

And how is it correct (?)

You need to extract the existing soundlist.ini, and then add the sound entries to it, in numerical order. The file then goes into the flight folder in your mod directory (you may have to create a flight folder).

The GSH301.WAV file itself goes into your sounds folder, in the same mod directory (you may have to craete that folder, too, if you don't already have one).
