ONETINSOLDIER Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 this is the only site i can access, all other sites i try, i get an error saying the requested lookup key was not found in any active activation context. :(
+MigBuster Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Is that IE or firefox? Does the same thing happen if you use another browser? Restart your router if you have one first
+JediMaster Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 That looks like it's an IE7 upgrade problem. Try uninstalling IE7 and reverting to IE6 to see if that helps. Then reinstall IE7 and reboot when it finishes.
ONETINSOLDIER Posted September 10, 2009 Author Posted September 10, 2009 presently im using firefox, and it works fine, funny thing is, any link from windows live mail returns an error saying the link isnt the correct context. (if you copy any link all you get is a series of numbers when you paste it) I guess I could reinstall internet explorer, but im even a bit leary of that, as all this started when I tried to get automatic updates working with the help of microsoft tech "experts".
