Seperate Installs . . . not getting it

Hello All,

 

If I am currently running a merged install patched to OCT 2009-B, and want a stand alone setup of SF2E for NF4 and simply execute the orig web installer and point that installer to other than the default directory, what's gonna happen? Will it create my mod folder and leave the core files that are already there alone or do something else?
