Can not use the extract utility

I get an error calling external object funtion readbytes, can anyone help please

don't know whats going on but here is link the the extraction program http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=7933

 

steps example for sf copy objectdata.cat to where ever and just drag and drop onto the program and follow steps end results should be folder of name objectdata.

Now, it might help it you tell us WHICH Extract Utility, Skypat's or Gerwin's, and for which Series of Games; Classic (SF/Wo*) or NextGen (SF2)
