How where the Framerates to be set?

Somewhere in the cfs3 config, I think it was, the max. frames should be set to somewhere around 32

or similar? I read that long ago, but can't remember what and where to change it?

 

Does anyone know?

So..it would appear that if you have an LCD monitor..there is no advantage to capping
