I assume we're talking the AVG P-40B/C models??? It comes WITH the airplane, in Wolf's WW2 Planes Pak

 

IJA AA (as well as other VERY important WW2 ground objects) can be fould over at Geo's site:

be adivsed, they might not be up to 06+ levels on their main ini, and may need a few minutes of editing. The KB will tell you how. Look in the "Whats Available Thread", in the Ground Objects lising; tells you what to change/add and how
