It's so amazing to me that folks just don't bother looking.....

 

My mods for the 17PF/PFU using one of the Fishbed pits have been up for a while ... they even work in SF2. Someone else as also modded the stock SF2E PF, with a pit and such.

 

Ordway's Pits for the 17A/17F, well, there are 2 versions .. his original and my rebuild specifically for SF2

 

In the cockpit downloads section, whilst the 17PF, 17PF (SP-16) and PFU will most likely be found in the 'new aircraft' sections

In all my MiG-19, also 19, and definitely some of my MiG-21s I use the F-4E Phantom cockpit, for I like very much the latter's target sight (?) with a simple red dot?? Very easy when targeting fleeing enemy planes/jets. I just smashed to bits an F-14 Tom Cat several hours ago, but a remaining one was tailing me and busted me! The good part of being dead already was that I could watch -- like a video -- my men dog-fighting or tailgating their enemy planes.
