appraiserfl Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Basically, my vista OS is borked and I am sick of vista borking me so I ordered Windows 7 and another terra harddrive to put it on. I am thinking I will keep all my gaming for windows 7 and keep the vista around for other work applications that I am too lazy to reload on the 7 os. So is there any users out there that have tried off on vista and windows 7 and which one performs better?
FenrisWlf Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I ran OFF on Vista X64 and now I run it on Win7 X64. I found a great performance increase on Win 7. about 1/3 improvement in speed, smoothness and general stability. HTH
