Fixed TFD file for my HR SF2E GermanyCE terrain update

This is new GERMANYCE.TFD file to fix the trees appearing on some runways and taxiways in the following airbases:

 

Pferdsfeld (305,381)

 

Ahlhorn (345,669)

 

Gutersloh (348,577)

 

Neuburg (523,273)

 

Fix includes simple retiling of areas around given bases.
