The hud on my installation seems to be missing some symbology, velocity vector, altitude ladder/pitch ladder(?), not sure exactly what it's called, gun pipper.

I've downloaded and reinstalled twice.

Maybe I've missed an installation step?

Does anyone have any tips, please?

If you are using SF2/V/E/I patched to Dec 2009, do the following:

 

Backup your F-31A_AVIONICS.INI first!

 

Go into your F-31A_AVIONICS.INI and find the [DTVFilterMaterial] entry.

 

Then substitute the [DTVFilterMaterial] and [HUD] entries with this block of text -

Hi. Does this fix work on all planes?

I've inserted EffectShaderName=twColor1.fx, HUDMaterial=HUDMaterial, and HUDMaterial lines to all of the avionics.

Haven't test all but seems to not work for those that I've tested.

Anything missing?

 

UPDATE: Problem solved. The mod has 2 avionics.ini's and I was editing the wrong one.
