Squadron List for Campaigns

I recall a list, maybe an excel spreadsheet, that contained the list of squadrons and aircraft for each of the SF1 campaigns. It also included the a/c upgrade dates, I think.

Can someone point me to that, please?

Does something similar exist for the SF2 series, especially, SF2:E/V/I?

No you need to extract the campaigns ini and data.ini files from the relevent cat files to see what units are involved.
