dsawan Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Hi, i was wondering which is best way to store sf2 on an external drive. is it necessary to have the saved game and core thirdwire folder together on an external or just one which would be the modded folder and keep the core files on the c drive? thx.
+JediMaster Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 The .ini file lets you specify where the mods are stored. You can just put the mods on the external drive and tell the .ini to look there. No problems unless you try to run the game with the drive disconnected.
+MigBuster Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 If its just a backup and you are running the game from C still - you only need to make a copy of the Mod folders and put them on it.
+FastCargo Posted May 14, 2010 Posted May 14, 2010 Yep...just make a copy of the specific MOD folder and you're good to go. FC
