There is a patch for Creaghorn's excellent Sound Tweak II in the downloads section.

 

Unsure why he did not announce it here (its been a day or two) and I hope I am not transgressing by making this post for him.

 

As a big fan of Sound Tweak II I just wanted to get the word out.
