Need Help Installing First Eagles 2 Mods

Hi everyone, just bought FE2 and I love it. I also downloaded 2 mods. The IL-2 Clouds mod and the Jan Tuma FE Tiles mod. I read the readme with both mods and the layout of my file directory doesn't come close to what the readme says. For example it says to put the IL-2 Clouds mod into the Flight directory and "To install open up your Flight folder in the games main folder backup the ENVIRONMENT SYSTEM ini file and the CLOUD1 TARGA file.Drop the new ones into the flight folder and let them overwrite."

 

The problem is I don't have any of those files in that directory. I checked the FE2 folder in My Documents and it wasn't there either. Wrt the Jan Tuma mod I have no idea where to install those files as well. Any idea what i'm doing wrong???

The mod folders are here C:\Users\<yourName>\Saved Games\ThirdWire\FirstEagles2

 

You need to create any folders not there
