vonOben 55 Posted July 10, 2010 Hi I'm curious how the OFF Manager actually works. How is it possible to make the changes without changing the CFS3.exe itself? rabu 9 Posted July 10, 2010 (edited) It's a whole data base outside of CFS3 that uses the basic CFS3 engine to handle the flight model, terrain management, etc. My understanding is that almost all of the game functions are pretty much outside of CFS3, unlike the older WWII mods which used the CFS3 campaign program and just altered it.
