Carrier Traps

Hey is there ne add-on that i can can practice carrier traps on the ground for FS2002

Download the "Top Gun" F-14 from http://www.surclaro.com/fs2004_c24.html. It simulates catapult take-off and if you land with the tailhook down, it catches on the ground and simulates a trap. I've landed it on a carrier without the arrcab add-on and it works great.

there is a Fentress addon which simulates cables just south of Oceana I believe. I like taking off from the carrier and then practice catches.

 

I think you need the aircab to get it to work though, I could zip it up and you could test it out if your interested?

i have downloaded a package thing that contais 4 NAS in virginia that would simulate just carrier traps, but i cant see the cable traps on any runway.
