Pilot Dossiers

Often when making a new pilot active, I get an error box that pops up and says "Error Getting Pilot Dossiers: Try Deleting all Pilots in the Workshop."

 

Deleting all pilots never works. It doesn't stop me from playing the game, but when I get this error there are no pilot names against other aircraft in my flight.

 

Is anyone else getting this problem? If so, how do I fix it?
