well , actually i am trying to download the fllowing file

coz it has f-1 eq

when i try to download it a messeage appears to me and it says

 

[#10851] ERROR:(DOWNLOAD-PERMCA01A)

 

REASON CODE: User type is not permitted to download files. Guests please register an account to use this feature.

but i am already registered one !
