Dutchy 0 Posted August 20, 2004 In the newspapers I saw a little message that the USA is returning or replacing troops from Europe and Korea. Only in Europe will three bases stand. Ramstein, Spangdahlem and Stuttgart(??). I don't like it, they bring the good stuff as modern planes and work. But in this time with terror is the eye turning to another point of safety.
