lost effects after new DX11 GFX card

Anyone know why a hand full of my effects mods from DX9 dont show after I've installed my new GFX card with DX11? And is there a way to convert them to be used with the new GFX card?

The game may be using the advanced shaders now - you may need to add a line to the effects ini similar to that outlined in number 31 on here: http://combatace.com/topic/44026-converting-older-planes-to-work-in-sf2-a-basic-guide-by-migbuster/

 

Its worth extracting some stock effect inis and checking
