I just got into building campaigns and have been doing everything by manually modifying INI data files. Is there a campaign builder software out there that speeds things up, or is it all just search and change tactics with the data INIs?

I believe a long time ago there was a SF1DCE

 

Strike Fighters Dynamic Campaign Editor.

 

It wasnt the easiest to use but I did manage to create some campaigns.
