This is My Attempt to Bring a 8 Year old bird up to some of SF2 Standards.

I forgot to mention in the "Read Me" that there are "Hi Viz" Textures in Folders inside the ALQ-99 Folders. This is for those whom want to use the ALQ's with the EA-6A or Hi Viz Skins for the "B".
