F-4E ARN Eyepoint Tweak

I made the follwing tweaks (in bold), to back up the eyepoint and see the intakes from the cockpit, on the TMF F-4E ARN:

Never flew in a Phantom, but did sit in the old RF-4C that was stashed out in a HAS at Ramstein. That looks about right. Nice work!
