please help me with this download

hi im trying to download a mod but i need alot of other mods first and this is one of them:

but i dont know where to put the file there is no readme! please help as i say i need this to be able to use the main mod i want.

in the readme to the main mod im trying to download it says i must download certain mods first for this to work, and this is one of them so im guessing i have to have this one and not any others? but where would i put the weapon pack file?which SFG folder?

ive given up on the main download but if i get a weapon mod say for some different weapons all i have to do is download>unzip>place in objects folder>open SFG>play with new weapons? is it that simple or do i have to do something with weapon editor or aircraft etc??

Yes you have to use the weapon editor to tell the game that it has them:
