Fair Strike - No Manual on CD for UK release

Hi all,

 

The UK release of Fair Strike clearly states that the manual is on the CD. It isn't on any of the 2 CD's that come with the game (other people have posted on the GMX forum the samething).

 

I've emailed GMX media 3 times (no responce), tried to phone their support line (which is dead), eventually I posted on the forum and a representative from GMX asked me to post my support question on the forum, which I did, which he then promptly ignored (this was on the 11th of August).

 

Does anyone have a .pdf version of the manual they could make available for download, or email to me? If not, can anyone type here the page from the manual that details what the keyboard commands are? Failing that, can anyone explain to me what the different fire modes available do/how to use them (The fire modes are: F, S & B).
