Any other way to taxi to the runway

Hi i was wondering if u can taxi on to the runway instead of bein directly on it and just have to take off? Like for instance on the parkin for aircraft.

yes if you build custom missions, or you could invest in Yap2, many of their missions require you to taxi from the parking slots and some even start in the hangar.
