The animation stuff is fine... I would recommend you fade out a bit slower. Fast fade outs make it seem less cohesive. Also, that audio needs to improve (if you are recording these, you need a better microphone or a room that doesn't echo so much... could probably fix the issue by getting closer to the mic if it is a cheapy). I often say that if you can make the audio sound professional, your audience will forgive a lot. :)
